What Netraweb does to keep the site safe, and what you can do too
Review Before Posting
New listings are not published right away; an administrator reviews them first. Listing text and images are also checked with automated screening tools for fraud and prohibited items. Automated screening is an aid and does not guarantee that every problem is caught.
Reporting
If you believe a listing or user violates our Terms, use the report button on the listing or email support@netraweb.com. We usually review reports within 2 business days and may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts.
Protecting Your Information
Information you send to and from the site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Netraweb does not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Your Account
Sign-up requires email verification. You can edit or delete your listings and posts at any time, and you can close your account yourself from your profile page.
Trading Safely in Person
Netraweb is not a party to transactions and does not collect or hold payments. Inspect items in person before paying, and meet in a busy public place during the day. Requests for a deposit, Zelle transfer, or gift cards before you see the item, or prices far below market value, are common signs of a scam.
