Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NetraWeb ("NetraWeb," "we," "us," or "our"). NetraWeb is a free information and community platform for the Korean-American community, including articles, a settlement checklist, community posts, free giveaways and secondhand listings, local business coupons, and job and housing listings. You can contact us at support@netraweb.com. By creating an account or posting content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post content. You must provide accurate information and keep your login information secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@netraweb.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

NetraWeb provides space for people and businesses to share information and listings. We do not own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any item, job, housing, service, or offer posted by users or businesses, and we are not a party to any transaction or agreement between users.

You are solely responsible for the posts, listings, comments, images, and other content you share ("Your Content"). You represent that you own or have permission to use Your Content and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute Your Content to operate and promote NetraWeb. We do not guarantee that any user content is accurate or lawful, and we may remove any content at our discretion.

Giveaways, secondhand sales, and other arrangements are made directly between users at their own risk. NetraWeb does not process payments, hold money, verify items or users, or resolve disputes between users. For your safety:

• meet in a public place, such as a busy store or a police station lobby, and do not share your home address in a post;
• inspect items before paying;
• never send a deposit or payment (including Zelle, gift cards, or wire transfers) before you see the item; and
• never accept a check for more than the price or return "extra" money.

Report suspicious listings to us right away. If you are the victim of a crime, contact local law enforcement.

You may not post or offer: weapons, ammunition, or explosives; drugs, cannabis, prescription or over-the-counter medicines; alcohol or tobacco products; recalled products, including recalled children's car seats and baby products; animals; stolen goods; counterfeit items; adult content; or any item or service that is illegal where you or the other user are located.

Job and housing listings must comply with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws, including fair employment and fair housing laws. Listings may not state a preference, limitation, or requirement based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital or family status, citizenship or immigration status (except as required by law), or any other protected characteristic. Job listings may state that applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Listings may not ask applicants or renters to send a Social Security number, bank account, or payment before an interview or viewing. Job listings must comply with wage laws. Housing listings must be posted by the owner or an authorized agent. We may edit the format of, request changes to, or remove any listing that we believe violates this section.

You may not use NetraWeb to:

• post fraudulent, false, or misleading content or listings;
• post another person's private information (such as phone number, address, photos, or ID) without consent;
• post defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful content;
• collect other users' personal information or send spam or bulk messages;
• impersonate any person or business, or use another user's account;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights; or
• hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with NetraWeb, or access it by automated means without our written permission.

Articles, guides, and checklists on NetraWeb, including those about immigration, taxes, insurance, banking, and real estate, are general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial, immigration, or other professional advice, and they may not reflect the latest changes in law or rules. Each article shows the date it was written or last reviewed. Before acting, check official sources and consult a qualified professional about your situation.

Coupons and offers are provided by the businesses that post them. Each business is responsible for honoring its coupon according to the terms shown, including the expiration date and conditions. NetraWeb is not responsible if a business changes, limits, or refuses an offer. Please report coupons that are not honored or appear fake.

You can report posts, listings, coupons, or users that you believe violate these Terms by using the report button or emailing support@netraweb.com. We review reports in good faith, usually within 2 business days, and may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts. We are not obligated to monitor all content, and a decision not to act on a report is not an approval of that content.

If you believe content on NetraWeb infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@netraweb.com that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the location of the material you believe is infringing; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

We respect our users' privacy. We disclose information about a user only when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm. Requests to remove content that you believe is defamatory should be sent to support@netraweb.com with the location of the content and an explanation.

NetraWeb is free and may change over time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will give advance notice of important changes when reasonably possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove your content, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law, or to protect users or NetraWeb. You may close your account at any time from your profile page or by contacting support@netraweb.com. If you disagree with a decision, email us and we will review it.

NETRAWEB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, OR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY ITEM, JOB, HOUSING, OR OFFER POSTED ON NETRAWEB.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR HARM ARISING FROM TRANSACTIONS OR MEETINGS BETWEEN USERS, FROM RELIANCE ON CONTENT, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. BECAUSE NETRAWEB IS FREE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO NETRAWEB WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your transactions with other users, your use of NetraWeb, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@netraweb.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or on NetraWeb at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use NetraWeb after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
